PSYCHOTHERAPY

I offer individual, couples, and group psychotherapy.

I help individuals and couples understand and process what gets in the way of living a meaningful, purposeful, and fulfilling life - this can include professional, family, romantic relationship, emotional, or interpersonal challenges.

My treatment approach draws on relational psychodynamic and attachment-based principles, which values the understanding of how early experiences, self-awareness/self-curiosity, relational patterns, and socio-cultural factors impact how one functions in the present.

The process of therapy is one that encourages collaboration, self-compassion, and curiosity, and I believe it is a privilege to provide a hospitable environment to explore your disappointments, losses, fears, anxieties, joys, sadness, goals, and hopes.
