I provide consultation and workshops to organizations and academic institutions around diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as mental health awareness. I specialize in helping organizations improve individual and group cultural competency, and provide training on topics such as race, racism, white fragility, institutional and systemic oppression, spirituality and psychotherapy, and intercultural competence.


I am a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), and have provided trainings and consultation to students, faculty, and administration at various academic institutions. I offer access to the IDI, a 50 question assessment on one's capacity to work across difference, and provide one on one feedback sessions on the results. I can also provide group intercultural competence profiles and provide training and consultation to large groups and organizations.
